Who we are

Amanah Property Management Ltd, company number 17123614, registered office First Floor, 83d London Road, Romford, Essex RM7 9QD. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this site. Contact: hello@amanahpropertymanagement.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you request a valuation or use the contact form, we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, the property’s postcode and size, and anything you add in the message. We use them for one purpose — to reply to you about managing your property. The lawful basis is that you asked us to (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract).

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to the message in transit; we treat what you send us the same way as the form.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to our company inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. We don’t sell your details, share them with marketing partners, or add you to a mailing list. The only third party involved is Google, as our email provider, and the hosting provider that serves this website.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, your details become part of our records for the length of our agreement and for six years afterwards, as UK tax and contract law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will be a privacy-respecting tool and this page will say so.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@amanahpropertymanagement.co.uk and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
