About
Operators first. Managers because of it.
Amanah is the Arabic word for trust — the thing you're handing over when you give someone the keys to your property. We built this business to be worth it.
We started as hosts, not as an agency. Amanah Properties is our own short-let portfolio across west and north-west London — the flats we furnish, price, clean and answer the 2am messages for. Every process we use for a landlord’s property was first built, and is still used, for our own.
Along the way we found that the parts of short letting that go wrong are the parts most managers outsource. So we built our own cleaning company — Amanah Service Group — with our own staff and our own standards, and a laundry operation behind it. Every turnover is photographed before and after, and the office sees the photos the moment they’re taken.
We also built our own operations software, because nothing off the shelf tracked what we needed: every clean logged and clocked, every shift, every booking priced and reported, every guest message. It’s how a small team runs a portfolio without dropping things — and it’s what runs your property too.
Amanah Property Management Ltd was founded by Mustapha Miah and Nieem Khan and is registered in England and Wales. The company you’re dealing with is the one on the footer of every page — company number 17123614, registered office in Romford.

What we believe
Three things we won't compromise on
The statement shows everything
Every booking, every payout, every cost. If a number looks wrong, the stay behind it is a click away. No opaque 'net'.
Cleaning is not a subcontract
It's where reviews are won and lost, so it's our own team, our own standards, and photographs on every turnover.
We say no when we should
If a property won't work as a short let — the lease, the location, the numbers — we'll say so at the valuation rather than sign you and find out later.
